I guess it's like alchemy, except it deosn't affect time.
For example:
A potion that recovers 100hp would recover 120hp instead.

I had 30% increase and honestly honsters and gingers were a pretty much 100% heal so yeah.. It does work and it might only be on % based recovery? Idk.
