For a nose, try to use shading instead of tracing. For example, only use the dark lines on areas that can't be shaded to give it a perspective, for the rest, you can just make the shading do it for you. Nose holes and such.
Mouth is the same, it looks weird when you trace all the mouth structure, draw it from inside to outside if you're using a "realistic or half realistic style".

I usually don't draw people very much, which is why I actually like learning and attempting to do it. I'll see how lightly shading it will look next time, instead of actually tracing the lines.
