DB skill books - SolicShooter - 2010-11-14
I'm a lvl 120 DB and I'm kind of debating whether I should test my luck with a book or get the skill from cs. I've heard that the cs book adds 1 to the skill but the in game book does not. Is this true or not because then I'd definitely go for the CS book.

Yes it is. Make sure you have 1 SP in your pool before you use it though, unless that's been fixed.
