I think everyone that was invited last round is in again.

A guild mate of mine who was invited into last round of Tespia got invited again, even though he said that he couldn't do anything during the last round due to being on vacation.

When I log in and attempt to go to the tespia website, I'm redirected to the main site. Is this just me, or because the account isn't chosen, or because I'm currently stationed in Europe?

you're not chosen. i tried on hs mule and i got sent to tespia site. i tried on main, i got sent to main page.
