I have some codes saved from that event and I have been saving them for a good time. Is the current stuff in the gacha worth using tickets on? If I do use them is Mushroom Shrine the best as always? And as a different question should I simply sell the codes off for guaranteed mesos? Can you even use the codes on a different account than the one you used to get the code?

Assuming this is the Poptag event gacha, then yes, it can be used on different accounts. As far as the profits thing goes, I'm out of the loop, so I can't help you.
