No you can't, You can use AOL as a proxy though, but it's not worth the time, you will start having fun then you'll notice you can't party or PvP with proxy and you'll quit. (Happened to me)

Try proxycap or proxyfier. My friend from Australia was able to play with me for a few months with those.
