I've seen SSs of flying assaulter and other mastery books drop. So yes. But I have no idea about slash storm, which i'm guessing is the one you care about.

Ehh, forgot to update my level (is 47 with Level 10 Slash Storm that has bought NX Mastery Book), I am just asking about the Tornado Spin and the others ones that can be found in the CS.
