Can Potential %'s counteract the balrog pq debuff? - Random_Overlord - 2010-10-10
The balrog pq debuff can remove up to 62.5% from your base stats and null out your equipment base stats as well.

Not sure if it's either easy or normal mode, but still at level 70, doing 30k'ish damage a hit. Thats insane and clearly he's using potential equips.

What the pineapple is this? There is a fixed amount of (at least base) ability points you are allowed to have under that effect.

I went into bpq several times and it always decreased my stats by 62.5%. :f6:

That's Easy Mode. Easy Mode doesn't affect your stats.
