This. Wouldn't be surprised if the headquarters are remote updating the servers in LA. Ray started a thread on this around midnight; NexonAm couldn't have had a dev team in place at midnight on a Saturday (unless they were up already doing BB work) so Korea (which would have been Sunday noon) could have organized something.
Nexon should utilize its global offices more in any case

They should also have gathered the G-8 Summit and talked about global warming and terrorism within the same night to.
