Well, last time GMS had a halloween event it was the witch belt event, i remember hearing something about some 'mini-bosses' that had a decent spawn dropped coins.

I know that generally bosses and area bosses dropped those coins.

Snowman was probably the only one with the "decent" spawn rate (20 minutes?). Every other boss was 45 minutes.
Some believe that Neo City bosses will drop coins; we can cross our fingers on that one (you can fight them unlimited times).

I just found the name of it.
The "Mt-09" is labeled as a boss and they spawn often, i heard rumors of these dropping coins back then, would be lovely if they did.

Holy crap, completely forgot about that guy, haha. I also recall Rombots dropping as well? My memory is rather poor for this event, due to my lack of participation.
However, his(MT-09) spawn time is about the same as any other area boss, unfortunately. But since he's so out of the way, in Omega Sector, not too many will bother going there.
