It would not grow. He knows it grows when he lies, so he tells a lie about his nose, but since the lie would actually be true since it is his nose growing from the lie about his nose, his nose will not grow.

This assumes "Lying" is a smart science, able to take specifics and vaguely apply them. It would still not grow as it would just fall back down to basic parameters of "lying to make it grow".

Same concept. It will grow after the 10 seconds pass. It only comes apparent as a lie after, so it doesn't grow at first. At exactly 10 seconds, his nose has done nothing, because he hasn't technically told a lie yet. After the fact, it becomes obvious that he told a lie, so his nose grows.

It doesn't make a truth because it started growing after 10 seconds. So no paradox.
