Is there a point to it other than going around in circles with two to three different monsters in each room? Is there a way past it?
EDIT: Oh goddamnit, nevermind. Found my way out after some messing about.

methinks the center doors lead to tonosama. i never really learned which door did where in JMS, but i got to tonosama via the middles earlier!
God i missed that JQ! I still remember all the little tricks ^^

You enter the left door until you spawn center-left. From there, enter the center door twice. Also here's a map for the first part (click to enlarge):
