Im not sure how many of the quest you need to do, but start working on the quest and at one point, shammos will give you the option to start the pq. Need a party of atleast 3 and once you talk to him take the black taxi and meet him in the ice ravine

The drop rate seems.. lower than what it was in kMS.
The Hob King sometimes glitches and is unkillable, making you fail the stage.
