i don't think it matters considering it'd get crap potential for being level 0. and potential clean equips are potentially better than a 30 stat overall + a 1-3% bonus.

IMHO, no class is worth spending at least 10 hours a day for 7 days straight doing those quests.
Better to spend the time shining shoes for money to buy NX to get better gear on MTS, or a bunch of cubes for Unique potential gear.

It's not just your opinion. It's a giant epic fact that not even a maxed out overall (35 stats) have a shadow of a chance to beat a decent potentialed lvl 71+ overall. Same goes for helmets, gloves and shoes, only more so because they have fewer slots. Fine, a low level player might get get more out of visitor gear than potential, but would that be worth what? 12 hours of questing every damn day to get something that can be easily replaced? Lol.

how can a 35 stat overall (some people may want shoes too) be easily replaced? go try to commit equal effort towards getting something equivalent/better *without paying tons of NX*, you won't be able to do it. this is obviously a great option for people who do not pay to play this game and are willing to put in the effort. you're also exaggerating. i'm guessing at the rate i was doing the quests earlier, i would get around 70-100 pieces/hr. (depending on how focused i am) depending on person2person, you could easily split that 10-12 hours up over the course of a week and only spend 2 hours a day doing it. maybe doing it in a party would be an even faster/more effective way of getting it done.
then again, i guess you can always just go to the store and spend a few $100 on NX cards to pay for miracle cubes in maplestory, right?! such a shame that you can pretty much buy everything with NX nowadays and they screwed over the only sane people's way to get NX (MTS). scrolls not passing? buy pam's song! can't survive bosses? buy wheels/ap resets! read the warrior guide while making a mage?!-- oh f'uck it i give up. game drives me insane now.

Ok I'm very sorry to have stepped on your toes there. By all means, spend 10 hours worth of questing to make a piece permanent that's somewhat easy to replace. I was not even speaking of cubing, of course that will beat it. No, simply hunt stuff with 3% main stat on any one of the regular gear and they will beat visitor stuff fairly early on lvl wise, given that your gear and character aint absolute crap. Hell, you can even find a pair of shoes that has 5-20 main stat on potential from the get go.

I could go hunt for mage overalls to try to find one with a good potential bonus already on it. Yeah it would take a while, but:
40mins-1hour on medal quests one day, 180 medals a day, about 1250 to start
48 cores needed to get everything to +12*50=2400 medals
18 cores needed to get to +30 *50= 900
10 more cores for 5 above max = 500
3800 medals total-1250 start=2550 medals
2550/180=~9-14 hours to get the overall to +35
10-12 hours to get to suit permanent according to you= 19-26 hours for a +35 overall
Less time consuming to hunt for potential equips.

I was thinking of doing it for my level 120 lukless Blaze Wizard, who can't wear 71+ mage gear.
But it takes me, at best, 12 minutes to complete the quests on it. I might get faster, I might find someone equally desperate to party with (although people have said partying doesn't work, only your own kills count), but I don't really see me getting more than 60 molecules an hour. 17 hours per item. 6 days left. I don't think so.

I finished by only getting 6 kills the whole quest( i took 2hko damage), my 60+pq partner(with a well upgraded alien suit, only took 300 damage) killed everything else for me, so no, all kills count.

I may have misunderstood your post, but making one piece of the suit permanent done not require medals, but crystanol from doing the quests future Dr bing gives you, and you have to do quite alot of them to get enough crystanol molecules to make a whole crystanol. (1000 total, i only got 7 from the questline yesterday)

Sure, make the clean suit permanent. And afterwards, relize there's no way to scroll it when the event ends. Ending up with a 0 slot overall.

I know. ): I dunno what seems more worth it... having a +12 INT Sauna (that still has slots left) and try putting potential on it, or have a perma +35 INT Visitor overall with no means of potential. Us lukless mages/healers don't exactly have that luxury to wear lv 71+ gear, so unless someone has a better equip suitable for us that can be potentialized, I don't see much of a choice here.

Even at best the only things better than the Visitor Gear are rare or better Potential Gear which will cost anyone hundreds of millions and can't be traded in MTS, and the complete Iruvata Android Gear.
Besides if you spent a week or two getting it all maxed out, why let it expire? Milk that sucker for all it's worth.

No. Even 3% main stat is vastly superior to any Visitor item, the higher your level the more it becomes true, and they sure as hell wont cost you anywhere near 100m. Also, the android gear aint all that either because of the lvl 70 limit. But I kinda think people are just going in circles here, with wishful thinking and hate for the money sink that is cubing. Turn around and face the music, visitor gear would have been the best thing since sliced bread... But unfortunantely they released the potential system first.

For lower level players I can see it being great, but higher level players, 3% can easily meet or surpass that 35 Main stat overall. Last I checked, 3% main stat didn't require NX, but some decent RNG luck.
