How does this work now? Does every mob's MA have its own specific values, or is there a base MA with modifiers on the attacks? Or is it more complicated than this?

Works the same as the regular attack
Every mob has its own MA. Every attack skill is either MA or PA, and that value is defined/overridden in the attack itself.
