First of all, go to http://www.packetix.net/en/secure/install/ and download these :

(choose the right one for you)


and get this (needed for the connection)


Next, install Packetix VPN. Don't open it yet.

Easy thing to do : Go to the connection setting file and try to open it. It'll prompt you to ask what to open with. Choose the Packetix VPN program that you just installed. Your VPN should look like this :



Now, double click on that "Secure" option that I have highlighted in the image above. You should be prompted with something like this :



Just click the big "Agree" button you see in the middle there. Once you've done that, you will see a box pop up with a loading bar that says it's creating a virtual adapter. Let it do its thing. Once that's finished, it'll assign the IP and start the connection. Congratulations, you now have a VPN that'll allow you to access the Hangame JP website.

If you wish to make it slightly faster, right click "secure" and go to "options."



Then go to the bottom right and click "Advanced Settings..." Then go to where it says "Number of TCP Connections" and click the drop-down menu and change it to 8. Click "ok" to save the settings and click "ok" again to finish with the options.



After that, your VPN connection should be a bit faster than it was before.
