as in they stack. SE gives criticalmaxdamage and thorns gives criticalmindamage. not sure if the probabilities stack though

They both raise the range of your critical damage in different aspects, so yes, they stack.
One raises the maximum your crits can do, the other raises the minimum that your crits deal.
