let me guess, you asume i'm some 14 year old idiot because you think LP is emo or some dumb pomegranate because you havn't taken the time to listen to the lyrics or are really insecure in expressing any emotions... or maybe i'm just too quick to judge ... sorry if its the latter because I can't stand people bashing stuff then I ask them well what is it you don't like and they reply with a blank stare.

Because when I think of emotional and thought provoking lyrics, I turn to Linkin Park. (As Polka pointed out.) Truth is, I mainly listen to instrumental music. Lyrics can be distracting at times.

. but I went through a very .... disturbed.. childhood to put it mildly. LP helped me get through some tough times by making me feel not so alone when surrounded by batshit crazy people who have no one to criticize their BS and totalitarian lifestyle.

I'm not sure I like their new songs, but the album is very unique. The fact that the songs are meant to be heard as one album, in that order... Well, it's something we've almost never seen before.
