Looks like it may start around September 15th for the people who were in CB, may not be the case for everyone though since it does say Early Access and the link is broken atm. Pic for those that might want some proof and are too lazy to go look on the site.

That all depends. If the people who got into the previous closed beta via beta key aren't accepted into the pre-grand opening, then I may need one. If not, I'll also be looking for people to send keys to.
