So yea, it's been a couple of weeks now. And I've come to noticed one thing.
I have no clue nor do any of my friends know what drops katara scrolls.
Besides those stupid cs books that come with the scrolls, is there any other way to get them?
( Tried using the search function, and failed badly =x )
I would really like not scrolling my katara with 100%s >_>
*Hopes people don't say gacha is the only other alternative*
Side question as well~ Is there even a 30% version of the katara scroll? I have yet to see one~

So far in JMS the only katara scrolls available is 100% which can be bought through NPCs. 10%, 60% and 100% can be obtained by events . There are no 30% or 70% atk katara scrolls in all versions but there is a 15% and 65% in JMS client. Do a search for katara scrolls with a FM owl and see if they come up.

Adding on to what larmie says, in GMS, we're currently having a 2nd Spirit Week Event, and it would seem that Katara Scrolls can be traded in for 15%s and 65%s.

That really sucks hard that we can't get any katara scrolls besides the 100% from the npc...

But we would need 60% to actually be able to trade them in wouldnt we? xD No 60% in the server = unable to trade. Dam you Yellonde economy! =S

I managed to nab a few from the packages in the previous patch... hope Nexon makes 60% scrolls more abundant in the future :x
