So. Cassandra's Daily boss quest seems to give these things out. I'm more than certain that the reward will be some sort of scroll, but I am more or less curious on when this was added to the data, as well as how many Pieces of Scrolls can stack. Thanks.

Anyway, I'm still curious on when this piece of scroll was added to the data, as well as the number that can be stacked; if stackable at all.

It was added a while back, we already had an event for it. I think it stacks to 100.

Unless the old piece of scroll was deleted, I find it unlikely that the two are identical. There are many identical items in the data that has different effects (there's like 13 weapons with the same look but with a different weapon ID if you look on BannedStory).

There is only one "Piece of Scroll" item in the data. It is only used in one quest. The expire date for that quest is in 2007. Given the description of the item, I'm going to call it "Translated but never used".
