well i guess, on kMS, your item dont need to be unique to have 9% stats anymore Heart

You can't bypass the cap, you just have a tiny chance to get Epic/Unique bonuses on Rare items.

Not really the point at hand here. It was to show that you can get 9% bonuses on a rare item instead of only getting 9% on unique items.

I'm guessing what the 3/6/9 limits actually are is just the bare minimum the stats can go to. Only thing that makes sense.
