Recently, there's a level 23 pirate who wants to get the Rice Cake hat, not me wanting to get that hat. He turned in 20 rice cakes, and he got nothing. He also talked to the exit NPC again, and he still didn't get the hat. That means he wasted time getting 20 rice cakes. A while ago, I turned in 20 cakes, and I got the Rice Cake hat, and people just want it for looks. Did Nexon patch Henesys PQ?

After you give them in, you have to talk to the npc, same option once more.
I SWEAR, if people tried stuff like this for themselves, there'd be less troubles like this.

I thought it was 30 cakes? Not sure since he already had some from before.
idk we were just hpqing for alien quest and got him hat as well. >_>
