this isn't the same skill that evan's get in ninth job right? i've got a magic mastery book that i intended to scissor over to my evan but if i'm going to need it for my main then i'll hold onto it.
also, if not, how do mages get master magic?

There are no more quests for skill books after big bang.
Each job gets all of their skills from job advancement. (Excluding the skills from zakum)
Magic Mastery for Archmages/Bishops is maxed at level 10.
It gives +30 Magic Attack and 50% increased duration for skill buffs.
Give it to your evan.
