alt tab out then back in = black screen - TugboatWilly - 2010-08-21

anyone else having this problem? sometimes when i alt tab out then back in, i get stuck with a black screen and i'm forced to alt+f4. Frown wondering if there's a solution if so. Rolleyes

Sounds like the alt-tab bug JMS has is affecting here. There is no fix. It crashes the game every time. Considering we have local window mode, hit that when you need to check something. Until nexon fixes it, that's all I can say, really. :/

starting to become a bigger chore just trying to play the game normally now. Rolleyes thanks for the info.

Indeed, you are not alone, I have the same feature, maybe 1 in 7 times I alt tab, roughly.

That's another fact of it. Luck, and for how long you alt tab. If you're running a shop, put it into windowed mode. I don't understand why you would think of even alt tabbing when you have a native window mode to GMS.

window mode makes my laptop get hotter so I try my best to avoid that
