Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but. Recently I just sent a ticket to NEXON and marked under the ticket I got this:Ran Alert Email Notification Sent yet when I checked my e-mail I didn't see anything. Any thoughts?

The only thing I can think of is to check your spam/junk folders, but you probably already did that.
Not sure, when I got that on my ticket I got an email within like 10 seconds.
