Unfortunately it's not concrete proof, but better than my last SS of me getting one. (To make matters worse I was going to fraps the run but I didn't feel like restarting MapleStory for it to load up)

Yes they can. The people i've run with have gotten hidden potential Crushed Skulls, Mittens, and lolCrossheiders.

1st run on Saturday: I get an Ele Wand 5
2nd run today: I get a Crimsonheart Cloak and my same friend gets a Blackfist Cloak
