Every President inherits a shitstorm. Give me one example of a President other than Georgey who didn't come into office with issues to deal with.

While debating this would be hard, you have to look at the scale. When was the last time a president inherited a pomegranatestorm of this magnitude?

if the argument is of the term presidents in the world, then i'd have to look it up to make sure, but before george washington the US had no presidents. they had leaders, generals, and aristocrats, and the like, but no one formal leader.
