I had planned to make this thread and ask questions about the quests but was lazy and never got around to it, so I'll ask it here.
What happened to the quests themselves in areas where the levels were changed? Did the quest levels change? And also, besides Manji's Teleport quest what other quests were removed completely?

So I'm going to have to redo all the 999 ToT quests to continue training at Oblivion 4?
Repeat Alcaster's annoying quest chain to be able to buy all-cures and magic rocks again?
And Papulatus and Zakum pre-quests to face them again?

Also, did everyone's Quest Specialist medals get deleted?

Alright, so I finally got around to patching KMS and logged on to my character to find that my questbook was still there so it was not reset. The only thing I've heard of about resetting was Neo City because the reward was changed, I would also assume that Papulatus quests were reset since his reward was changed too.
I still want to know if any quest besides Manji's teleport was deleted though.

I'm pretty sure they just kept all your completed quests, but things in Available and In Progress were reset/deleted.
Zak prequests are extremely easy now, from what I hear.

Nothing was "Deleted". There's a new category in your quest log called "Quests prior to *date of Big Bang*" all the changed quests that you've completed were moved to that section.
In other news, the kill 99/999 quests were reduced to 33/333, and the signs are on maps WITH the monster you're supposed to kill now, instead of randomly stuck in the middle of sleepywood forest where you can't reach it. It's hard to tell because some quests weren't changed all that much (Orbis had the maps tweaked a bit, but the monster levels were only changed slightly, so the quests are still doable at the previous level requirements and some of them weren't replaced. Those, then, aren't going to be available again. This makes it extremely confusing trying to figure out what's what. Some places like Ariant and Magatia were jacked up so much in level that basically the entire quest chain was redone. What's especially confusing is that the PQs still have the same minimums, but those min level requirements do not match up with the monsters in those areas for the most part.\
I'm afraid that's all i've got, quests are really hard to tell about when you can't read what they say lol.

Dunno if this was mentioned yet, but Quest EXP was also adjusted in a lot of cases to match the new EXP curve. No longer do you get several thousand exp for doing the 1st job Training Session and Power B. Fore quests. Most of the level 10-15 quests only give 230-300 exp now. It's still better than before Big Bang, though, where a lot of quests would give less than 1% exp at the level you were supposed to complete them at.

No, complete were reset as well.
Rigu had done the summon rock quest on a mule and then it got reset.
Also, 4th job skill quests don't exist anymore.
Though, you still have to get skills like TT and Flame Wheel from Zak.

Aww, I know! This is good for some skills (GENESIS QUEST AUGH) but skill quests are like one of the few quest dialogues I even bother to read. >_>
