I finally pestered Nexon enough, for them to FINALLY respond with a good answer.

Nexon Wrote:We understand that you are having trouble redeeming your Nexon Game Card. At this time we believe this issue has been resolved. Please try your code again. Please be sure to enter your code without any spaces. Also, be sure the silver coating covering the code is gently rubbed completely off. You should make sure that your card is activated. To do this, you should take the card and your receipt back to the store of purchase and ask them to activate it. Please be aware that we cannot activate it for you nor can we redeem it to your account for you.
If you are still having trouble redeeming your card, please submit a new ticket letting us know. In the new ticket, provide the code being entered and the exact error message received. Also, provide screenshots of the back of the card and the receipt of purchase. Be sure the screenshots are clear and readable.
