Phantom Forest map + Badge trading - Dusk - 2010-08-04
I have a CB and an F/P that are both around level 80 and in possession of several hundred Windraider badges. How do I unlock the ability to trade the badges? I remember on my BM and Corsair, all I had to do was talk to Jack, and he would give me the map, which I could give to Taggrin to unlock the badge trading. However, Jack Barricade won't give me the map. I've done the entire Hyper Glyph chain of quests on my CB, all of the Lita Lawless quests, the quest chain for the Mark of Heroism, and Welcome to New Leaf City. Some of the quests are really tedious, so I'd like to figure out exactly which ones I need before doing them.

Do all of Lukans,Taggrins, Elpams, and Jack/John quests. (basically all of the cwk quests)
Should unlock it.
Phantom Forest map + Badge trading - Grey - 2010-08-05
Elpam's and John's quest lines are prerequisites for Finding Jack, which will get you the map, and the Phantom Seed quest is the prerequisite for the Exchange quest.
