I searched FMs for the past few days and could not find one. Is it that hard to get?
What is a reasonable price for it?
Can some guilds in Australia take me to zruns? I need to get dragon breath!

It's not too rare, but if you can't find any from the FM, be prepared to pay 10-15mil for a book once one pops up.
And Dragon's breath comes from El Nath PQ, not Zak.

My suggestion for Dragon Breath is to keep track of level 119 warriors that become 4th job in your server (you can check on them through rankings), try to PM them as they become 4th job and offer help on the El Nath PQ.

I got my hurricane 20 from GPQ. I've only seen two hurri 20's from GPQ, and I've done a fair bit of gpqing.
Hurricane 20 apparently drops from Nest Golems, but I've never seen one there lol.
