Did the stats of the mobs change at all or did they stay the same since they are not main areas? (kind of the same question for the other theme dungeons)

they change to 120+ mobs i think

Mushroom Kingdom and Kerning Square stayed basically the same. Neo City got raised up.

Also, theme dungeons seem to be worthwhile training places now. All theme dungeon monsters have a 1.2x exp bonus on default. For some reason, time temple is counted as a theme dungeon also, based on the exp rates of the monsters.

I guess that explains why the Oblivion mobs had their EXP increased quite a bit compared to their default exp. Still rather weird though.
