I am currently training at Windraiders and have decided to stay up there until I run out of potions or die. So my question is, since I leveled past 55, will I lose any skill points for advancing late?
I also have not spent any skill points earned so far.

I've heard that if you advance late, you keep the points, as long as you have the amount from the level you were meant to advance to what you are now.

According to Cyanne's Dual Blader guide, there were no points thrown in 3rd job at lvl 55. And I'm currently lvl 56 with 3 SP. Thanks for the answers.
