I am wondering besides Keeny's quest for Frankenroid what other quests need something from inside this PQ?

Well, Keeny's Frankenroid quest needs you to successfully clear Angry, then talk to Yulete afterward, either in PQ or in his lab, can't remember which.
Horus's Eye comes from the quest Yulete gives in his lab and it needs Alcadno/Zenumist marbles.

So. Get in PQ > Help Yulete > Defeat Angry Frankenroid > Have all the other quests opened up > Do Keeny's Quest > Get a Marble > Do all the other quests at a different time since they don't have a level limit.

Yeah, and after that, Romeo and Juliet have quests, one involving going to Amoria.

Yeah, I read those. But they don't have a level limit and you don't need to enter the PQ for anything so I'll save them for later.
