Alright. So, I leveled to 47. I had 10 extra AP resets due to some mix up I had with the giveaway event.
So I pump 5 points into hp. This is what I got;
724 MP with no gear on.
1155 HP with no gear on, before putting points into HP. Here I apply the 5 points;
1171 from 1 point of HP. A gain of 16 HP.
1189 from 1 point of HP. A gain of 17 HP.
1208 from 1 point of HP. A gain of 19 HP.
1225 from 1 point of HP. A gain of 17 HP.
1244 from 1 point of HP. A gain of 19 HP.
So I go to use my AP reset. The box comes up. Now, all boxes are greyed out except luk.......

Let me reiterate,

So I wasted 5 points in HP. I don't know what the min formula is for DB's, but I sure as hell didnt think this would happen. I don't know if I'll be able to wash the points out when I'm a higher level, but we'll see. I'll post updates.

I started from level 30, if that makes a difference.
For the longest time I heard that DB's had no minimum MP. I've always seen people say you can wash as much as you want on a DB, you just need to leave enough MP to actually use skills.

I think Dual Bladers can't wash in general, no one has been able to so far.

Starting at level 30 makes you loose 500 or so hp and 100-200 mp, because nexon did not include the advancement bonuses. So it happens that dual blade's min mp is higher than a regular thief, but since you dont have the extra from the advancements, you cannot take out of mp. Same with hp actually. you're below the min and that's why it is grayed out too.

5 points won't kill you but i don't know if nexon can fix this or not. i just put 15 points into hp and said screw it.

I started from LVL 1, been wearing an 5 int wand since lvl 8, a 9 int cape when i hit 25, and a 4 int earring since 30. At about lvl 35, i added 2 points to HP, clicked my resets, and both MP and HP are greyed.
Imma hate it if they cant wash, as they really need more HP.

As soon as your HP (or MP) goes above the minimum for your level, it'll let you reset them out. It's just that you don't have enough of either to let you lower them.
Missing 80+ MP is quite a bit to make up though before you can even start washing.

Unless i'm mistaken, DBs get another boost to hp/mp in 3rd job, while no other class does.
Going on that, the way the min hp/mp works takes into account those extra advancement bonuses. Since you haven't reached 3rd job and gotten that advance bonus to mp, it would take a lot of int gear to pseudo-create that MP.
That explanation seems to fit what I've read and heard about all the current DBs. Once you reach level 70, I don't think washing will be a problem. Anyone else got an idea?

I didn't get any hp/mp at all at 3rd+, if that's what you mean o_o (level 70).

Well, my DBs currently 41, and I plan to keep leveling it with INT gear on (makering a lvl 50 int set) so if i hit 70 and advance and am able to reset, imma be happy, otherwise, its a bit of a waste, having these 10 resets on here.

If you actually leveled from 1 to 30, you wont be under the min mp like I'am (and you wont be missing any HP either). But if you did start at 30, you're in the same boat as everyone else did as far as not having enough Min MP and having you're missing some HP, about 500 actually.
Though leveling with your int equips, you'll eventually meet your min.
