How does it work?
You get to 10 and advance on any char or does it have to be in a new account?
and after that, what do you get? A potential scroll or a 60% scroll?

Not sure if this is the same for anyone, but I made a new account. I created a new DB, and leveled it to 10. Job advanced and it said "You got a new note" something like that. I got a Basic Magnifying Glass and a 40% Dark Scroll for 1-h Weapon for Atk (40% success rate for 4 atk, untradeable btw). That's basically it, and no potential scroll at all. I'll update if I get a potential scroll or not, but it doesn't seem like it. o_o

I made a lvl 10 Db also, but I didn't obtain a "You got a new note" message. Do you remember when you got this message?

Right when I job advanced. It's pretty s`hit right now, so whatever. Been trying to find potential scrolls before that SC started, no luck.

I don't need to tell you what it means to enhance an item, and scrolls do that. They're untradable, so it'll have to be your weapon too. See how well that works?

Obviously scrolls "enhance" items too but why would nexon make this quest for NEW accounts only and then give you a scroll that doesn't even pertain to your class, silly if you ask me.

40% Scrolls are abusable if you care to do the spirit Scrolling skill quest on the newly created character. Only thing, it would require alot of red whips.
