Clean with no gems/crystals/level ups, it gives +6 STR and +4 DEX. Lets say I put an accuracy and speed crystal on it before I make it. After I make it, I immediately scroll it with glove attacks scrolls, and at least one works. When the glove level ups, will it gain accuracy/speed/attack, or will it only gain STR and DEX when it levels up? In your case, it will: Increase STR between a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 1. Increases DEX between a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 1. Increases Accuracy between a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2.
