The new bowman tweeks on 1.2.327 - Random_Overlord - 2010-07-14

Ranger:
- Bow Expert's mastery increased from 60% to 70%. Now gives +15% minimum critical damage.
- Sharp Eyes no longer grants minimum critical damage. It now grants +30% maximum critical damage.
- Phoenix's stun probability increased from 80% to 95%.
- Concentrate's WATK bonus is now smart-casted. Cooldown reduced from 6 minutes to 5 minutes.
- Vengeance's damage increased from 320% to 500%. Now stuns for up to 4 seconds.
- Marksmanship now gives +10% MaxHP

Bowexpert leaves us with 85% mastery and 15% crit?!
Sharp eyes gives maximum instead of minimum?!?!? Really? 130% maximum?!
Phoenix is meh.
Concentrate now has a 1 minuit cooldown~~~

I'm assuming he means 1 minute because it lasts for 4 minutes at max, but I have no clue since I've never had a BM.

Since Concentrate lasts for 4 minuits, it has a 1 minuit cooldown after the buff expires.

Bow Expert improved minimum crit damage, not crit rate.

I'm quite happy with the Concentrate and Phoenix buffs :> Wasn't excpecting that.
I still don't get it how Vengeance works though..does it just boost your damage by certain amount when you are hit/too close to a monster?

Havent seen it myself either, but I think it's like an auto power knock-back with a stun that does loads of damage, like a forcefield type of thing.

Current base Critical (This is what classes without Critical skills get):

20%~50%, 5% Critical rate

With Sharp Eyes, it becomes (This is what classes without Critical skills get):

20%~80%, 20% Critical rate

In case you're wondering, with everything that adds Critical damage maxed the Critical range becomes:

35%~80%, 60% Critical rate

No, that seems accurate. Adding a Critical ring can also bring it to a 70% critical rate.

Is the new +15% to minimum crit only on Bow Expert, or is it also on Marksman Boost?

Edit: With these new skill advantages, it is hard to decide what to max first; it no longer is either snipe or pierce, it is Snipe, Pierce, UltiStrafe, MMB,...

Just FYI, nobody has actually seen it. (at least no vids) has shown Vengeance skill [YET].

Any idea if you can calculate the additional % crit dmg? or is the 60% crit rate = what u meant of additional dmg? and 35%~80% is the "chances to trigger crit"
