My luck with scrolling is horrible so I tend to stick to garbage 100% scrolls, but I figure I may as well cash in for 60% scrolls if 100% is in the NPC shops. >_>

Yeah I'm pretty sure you can.
Would be rather stupid not to, they have a 100% scroll for every weapon SOMEWHERE.

Except for when they released Pirates, they left out 100% knuckle and gun scrolls out of the Scroll NPC's in te beginning...

They added them later though... Smile
