Can someone tell me exactly what this is? Each time I've seen it I didn't see the skill it talked about change a bit.

The colour of the skill changes. At least, thats what it was for magic claw.

Yeah and for Fire Arrow, the animation becomes awesome at lvl 40.
Before the lvl 40 thing, I thought it was some stupid glitch because I'd check Magic Claw skill level after the message and it was the same. XD

I saw that but thought it was just because I maxed out the skill. But, that is interesting. Guess I should pay more attention to how the skills work.
