I have bad critical reading skills I suppose, but I could have sworn that KMS made Chief Oblivion Guardians weak to ice and lightning during their balance patch, I haven't found this announced in GMS yet, did they do it? I sure would hate to hear that I bought a thunder Ewand on my mage for nothing...

They didn't announce it, but I tested out a few things on them though. Oblivions are weak to lightning,ice, and poison. Might not have noticed, but they are neutral to fire now too.

Yeah, I can 2-3 hit them with meteo on my F/P mage -- normal damage.

I can confirm this. I have hit up to 60k on Oblivion Mobs with both Ice and Lightning Charges. Though, I never bothered testing Fire. Lol.
Unrelated: Lilynouche seems to be neutral to Fire. I didn't do "full damage" with Fire and Lightning stacked. :f6:

Lilynouch has always been neutral to fire, but weak to lightning.
