Well, its not about "Potential Scroll". The Problem is the "Magnifying Glass", it can give % Stats. The Potential Scroll is only about upgrading a 0 Slot item.

No. Magnifying glasses release the item's hidden potential. What you're referring to is the item rating system, which gives stars.

70k range? It shows 19 in the video. Not to mention the +50 weather effect and dark aura.
Weapons are probably going to be fine, if (hopefully) they won't explode when being potentialized, and have 3 properties instead of 2. Besides we didn't know what might happen in KMS, the rule of the game has always been "someday it'll be obsolete". Scarab hermits/nls used to be -the- weapon to use. Clean dragon equips used to cost hundreds of millions.

50k? I think you're stretching it a bit. Advanced Dark Aura only gives ~20% overall damage. That would mean his top range would be ~60,629
