Don't even bother with these... They're near impossible.

One requires you to kill 100,000 monsters in 30 days. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the monsters have to be equal to or greater than your level?
Another requires you to have completed 800 QUESTS. Yeah, you know, I only have *BARELY* over 400, so... that should tell you something.
Yet another needs over 1,000 fame.
One more needs an S rank in at least 5 Party Quests. To get an S in most PQs (ACPQ and CPQ excluded) you need to complete it 100 times. The PQ ranking system only came out a few patches ago, so anyone over 70 is fucked.

You can get it from an NPC. Don't expect to get these medals easy.

1st box: Condition: Make a donation
2nd box: Condition: Defeat 100,000 monsters, their level must be higher than yours.
3rd box: Condition: Stay logged on for 3 hours each day for 27 days.
4th box: Condition: Requires you to have 1000 Fame
5th box: Condition: Complete 800 quests.
6th box: Condition: You must achieve 5 S-ranks.

So... at L154, I would have to kill 100,000 Horntails, Bodyguards and Grandpas?

They go in a new medal slot.

and yeah, everyone over about 140 in KMS is just screwed over completely. They can't get the PQ one, they can't get the monster one... really they're the only ones who stand a chance at the quest one.

Lol everyone, farm up fame before they're released... people are going to be buying fame for over 100k each once these come out in global.

Technically, you can still go to jump quest monsters and mist + powerguard them, but it would probably take way too long to kill 100,000 of them.

Don't forget about doing the repeatable quests that give you fame! However, I doubt anyone would want to do the WS killing quest 500 times just for a medal, which would take 1500 days, which I doubt people would play MS for that long. Even with the Viking killing quest, this feat will take a while if you're only gaining fame by quests alone.

I'm not sure about the Lv. +120 players with the 100,000 monsters.

Getting fame is really easy, just do all of the Area Boss quests, and other quests.

I find it odd that the one that gives +10 to a stat only requires a donation according to those NPC windows. Confused
