Some people may already know this trick. I've only tried it with my Hero, but it should work for other classes that can constantly KB. I've also only tried it on the Evil Dead and Evil Rising maps, but it should work on most other maps in which Big Foot spawns.
This trick keeps Big Foot from running after you, so you don't have to worry about the touch damage. All you have to do is get Big Foot to the very left or right of the map. If you do, it will constantly walk away from you, towards the edge of the map (poor AI). Keep it kb'd there and it will keep walking away.
The only caveat is that stupid invincibility period where your attacks miss (no hit-box, similar to the Elderwraiths), which can make it hard to keep it kb'd into the corner. To get around this, you can take advantage of another AI flaw of Big Foot: when it gets close to you, it stops and does it's stomp attack (1 damage). Therefore, all you would have to do to keep the trick going is to stand right next to Big Foot while it's in the corner. When it receives its invincibility period, it will turn around and do its stomp attack, at which point you can kb it again back to the wall.

I tried to keep him KB'd with SB but everytime he goes into invincible mode he friggin chases me.

Are you standing next to him with him cornered like I am in the screenshots?
Edit: I used Rush to corner him. It might be harder for other classes to get him to the corner in the first place.

I guess this is for melee classes, mostly. I just stand at a distance and hold Hurricane, stopping to Puppet when my mp is low.
