Ever go somewhere, anywhere, and see/hear someone talking to themselves, but in a manner that looks like theyre having an imaginary conversation? of course nowadays one can just say "oh he/she has a bluetooth." But, what if you are willing to suspend logic for a moment and see that the person actually doesnt have a bluetooth, and is holding an entire conversation with someone you cant see.

to give a better visualization of this, picture from Death Note the scene where Ryuk comments on how Light is ignoring him and then later tells Ryuk he doesn't want people to suspect something is wrong with him. That; sometimes i like to think that people that are doing this are talking with some ethereal spirit, or otherworldly being, that are entertaining themselves by observing us humans.

A long time ago, one of my older neighbors had a saying for when people talk to themselves. Sadly I cant remember what it was but I do remember it was mind blowingly cool. (kids dont write things down when they dont have to)
