Anyone tried this yet? Aside from the different Splash screen, I haven't been able to explore much yet.

It starts up alot faster than CS4, imo.
They've changed the split view in dreamweaver, it's now vertically split.
All Aero features work with the CS5 suite, but no specific jumplist actions yet, so far.
Also Froz, just download it from Adobe's site.

Apart from content-aware fill though, I don't really know if any of these new features have any use for me. Does InDesign new features/effects worth mentioning?

It depends. For small things, content aware is perfect. It's really accurate on small selections.
