Actually, there are. Not in a lot, but there are Africans (lol) in anime. I can't think of one at the top of my head atm but I'm positive, seen a couple.

It's pretty well-accepted that anime is used to refer to Japanese animation. Stop being dumb guys. Things can be stylized like anime, but that doesn't necessarily make them anime.
