Questions regarding how some Evan skills work. - Infinium - 2010-04-21
1. I noticed how Earthquake doesn't use extra MP from Amp. Does it still get the percentage boost from Amp. since no extra MP were consumed?
2. How does Magic Mastery work? Let's say you have lv1 Flame Wheel with a 15% spell mastery and lv1 Magic Mastery has 65% mastery, does it:
a. add 5% to the 15% FW, giving you a 20% mastery lv1 FW?
b. bump the 15% to 65%?
c. only work for skills with 60% mastery already?
Or is there another way for this to work?
3. For Magic Shield, I didn't notice any changes in the numbers and it doesn't leave your character with any extra HP after getting hit by a boss' 1/1 like what archilles do. Am I missing something here?

I can't answer the first two questions without firsthand experience so here goes:
3/ Magic Shield repeats the old visual glitch Achilles had. The effect (its own effect, no where does it state this skill has the exact same mechanism as that of Achilles) actually does take place despite the shown numbers.

I'd like to know how Magic Resistance works myself. The way I envision it, it's almost too good to be true (not for me, but for others).
