OKAY BUT
this is what happens
i click it from ANYWHERE, from the menu, from the bottom bar thingy... it gives me the loading cursor for a couple of seconds, but doesn't open a window or anything
same with msn, and like, word
BUT firefox does open, and some other pomegranate opens like the calculator

when i TRY opening msn, ie, etc
and it doesnt open
it DOES appear in task manager proccesses
for example
msnmsgr.exe
BUT ITS NOT OPENING
AND
TO TOP IT ALL OFF
the control panel
when i try clicking something in the control panel
like, it sometimes doesnt work either
like add/remove programs doesnt work anymore
and pomegranate like that

and my webcam is enabled, but my computer isnt detecting it
